∆ PAYMENT MODES :
1. Book Your Place With Booking Amount ,
50% or 100% of total bill as booking
amount depends on place rules.
2. Guest should pay all the Remaining
payment at the time of Check-in.
[ All services will start after Payment ]
3. Security Deposits Min 3000/- Payable.
[ It Is For Security Purpose, If any damage occurred by guest
damage amount will be deducted from Security Deposit , otherwise this amount is fully refundable at time of check-out. ]
4. Confirm your Final Guest & Food Count before 1 or 2 days to Check in it is mandatory for Adjustments.
∆ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation process of booking :
✓ 30 days prior to check in – 100% Refund
✓ NO REFUND – If you failed to inform prior
30 days to check in.
∆ Intoxicants / Narcotics precautions:
For more safety you should inform the caretaker/owner of place about what you have carried with you.
( For example. Flavor hukka pot , cigarette , exact count alcohol bottles if any , etc.)
[ Note : This will help to disposal the waste. ]
∆ HOUSE RULES :
You have to reconfirm Music System and Swimming Pool Timing. ( Because of covid situation. )
NOTE : Any misbehavior while using amenities or dispute -problems happened in between group members in premises ,
& If caretaker/ owner get any trouble because of that, then caretaker/ owner &
NIVAS HOLIDAY is not responsible for future problems and they have rights to stop service.
Unlawful Activities Strictly Not Allowed,
Like Narcotics / Drugs / Any B Grade
Shooting.
[ Note : If guest is carrying something which falls in Abnormal Drugs , then
We – NIVAS HOLIDAY and Owner will be Not Responsible for any future problems.]
∆ Precautions while Handling Amenities :

[ Note : Caretaker/ Owner have rights to collect amount of damage occurred by Guest. ]
